Welcome to Gut in Hungary, hunting ground once reserved for the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy of the Habsburg Empire, and later the leaders of the communist regime. This is the kingdom of fallow deer – the world record for the handsomest trophy is held here – which it shares with wild boar, deer, roe, and small game. More than enough animals to delight the few privileged hunters who come to hunt to the sound of the traditional Hungarian horn.
